I have recently been diagnosed with alpha gal syndrome. I find it difficult and frightening to live a normal life when I can’t know whether the foods and products I am exposed to are going to provoke a life threatening reaction. PLEASE make it mandatory that all consumer products provide complete and thorough transparency about any ingredient that is derived or processed using known alpha gal derivatives.
