Living with Alpha Gal since 2017 has been more than challenging. Gelatin, mono and diglycerides can be either from animal or vegetable. Labeling on capsules, bread, misleading labels on things like chicken sausage with pork casing can cause me to be sick. Please do better in protecting us who are affected by Alpha Gal.
