Metronidazole 100mg/ml is extremely important to keep in my office for "office use" as I see primarily exotic species and once a small mammal has presented to me with diarrhea they are already dehydrated and in critical status and can not wait days to receive their medication to stop the diarrhea, it needs to be started immedaitely
