We have multiple patients in need of this medication to improve or maintain their quality of life as they are aging and the limited availability of multiple strengths makes it incredibly difficult for cost effective options. Limiting our strengths to 1.25mg and 10mg in just this couple months has already affected ability to dose accurately and the budget of many of my clients. Our families need access to more than just two options of this medication at such different strengths.
