Wells Pharmacy Network is submitting this comment to clarify that its submission on April 14, 2026 titled “Withdrawal of Peptide Nominations on behalf of Wells Pharmacy Network” (Document ID FDA-2015-N-3534-0484) which withdrew select nominations of Bulk Drug Substances That Can Be Used To Compound Drug Products in Accordance With Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, including GHK-Cu, was intended to solely withdraw its nomination of the injectable route of administration with respect to GHK-Cu. Wells Pharmacy Network maintains and is still pursuing its nomination of GHK-Cu for non-injectable routes of administration.
