Summary: The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce (ASBCC) opposes several proposed changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) that would eliminate or narrow existing protections for small businesses. The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce (ASBCC) submits the attached comment pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 610 (FAR Case 2026-007). This comment is submitted separately from, and supplements, ASBCC's principal comment on the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul proposed rules. It addresses the continued need for existing FAR provisions the proposed rules would eliminate or narrow, using the government's own procurement data.
