Aeolism is leading to the cruel extermination of the Global North and all people, within this century, see section 11 of attachment {4}. The splurge abuse of space is also a major share of aeolism. === Decarbonzationfundamentalism is a detrimental distraction. Fossile fuels do NOT constitute the main cause of the present steep huge rise of the CO2-concentration in the air. Pesticides do. Please see the attachments {1}, {2} and {3}. The recent and intended commercial space exploitations, including by the PRC, sure threatnen and probably will destroy the protective ozon and are therefore prohibited by global law. That can be understood by the Advisory Opinion 187 issued July 23 of 2025, by the highest and old court of the UN. Please see the relevant sections of the attachments {2}, {3} and {4}. It is also a grave violation against the complex of the Founding Principles of the USA, the duty to serve the Constitutional Posterity and of the Constitution of the USA, with the Amendmends. === The present operations that cause the future cruel extermination of the Global North and all people, must be adressed. Rockets burn fuel with about twenty times the weight of the payload. The applied fuels are hydrocarbons and the applied rich mixtures cause the emissions of zillions of nanoparticles of soot and other substances. Those will float in the lower part of the stratosphere during many years and will destroy ozon by catalytic performance. That also applies to the zillions of nanoparticles of oxides that will be constituted by the glowing by the reentry of the payload in (near) future. The Environmental Assesment fails on the most major aspect. === We can live without the huge exploitation of space. Please take a large view on the unique thin layer composed by the troposphere and lower stratosphere and understand its unique composition and properties, that enable our life and protect us and other life that serves us. Impairment and any signifikant risk of signifikant impairment to it, must be prevented. We need food and the protection of the supply of sufficient food. Only limited space operations are to be allowed and only by NASA, ESA, JAXA, Roscosmos etc. The increasing huge commercial reckless space exploitation must be quelled immediately. === A glance at the draft tiered EA constitutes an impression of a false attitude or failure of understanding, among the responcible and/or those who have composed it. There is misleading by mentioning 25 launches. (1.1 Background) The draft EA however seems not limited to a number of reentries: This has grave jurisdicial consequences. It draws the USA towards liability to an unlimited number of reentries and therefore launches. The number of launches can become unlimited in for example Suriname, where a higher ratio payload to rocket fuel can be achieved. It could attract harm to the USA if Space X, its management, shareholders and other financers, appear to already ow twenty trillion USD for compensation of the future damage caused by the already ten thousand internet satelites. Also therefore the USA authorities must immediately quell the splurge number of launches. === As an example about our limited knowledge. Is quants communication possible, without time-delay despite many millions of miles distance? The theory in part 3 of att. {3}, explains about the aditional dimension Eleonora-zone. Spacially separated quants remain together in the dimensions time and eventually Eleonora-zone. That enables and explains quants-communication. The NASA should be granted billions for (coordination of) research on that. The present federal Cabinet persues POSITIV domination by the USA, so also on quants-communication. The present federal Cabinet sure does NOT persue a present cause of a future cruel extermination of the Global North and all people or any risk of such.
