PROPIN CONFIDENTIAL FAA-2026-4820 Certificate A46EU Special Conditions - Honeywell AeroSpace US, LLC Electronic System Security Protection from Unauthorized Internal Access I am Requesting Approval of the Federal Aviation Administration's Final Rule and Request Immediate implementation by the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, for their Approval, Publications and Notifications, on your behalf and under the Administrative Procurement Act as amended, to enforce the electronic system security protection from unauthorized internal accessors violating National Security, privacy rights, identity theft, causing fraudulent activity on personal accounts and business accounts, exploitation, and criminal activities.
