PROPIN CONFIDENTIAL FAA-2026-4657 Related Certificate A46EU Airworthiness Directives: Airbus Helicopters Special Conditions for Honeywell AeroSpace US, LLC I am Requesting Approval for for a Direct Final Rule for immediate effect under the Federal Aviation Administration and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, for their Approval, Publications, and Notifications, on my behalf and under the Administrative Procurement Act as amended, shall allow for the Administrator of the FAA to make the necessary amendments for repeal, an exception or an exemption, by my Authorization by this written statement for Special Conditions for the Product.
