Air France Airline would like to adress concerns specifically about the §(c) applicability and §(g) definitions.
The applicability mentions only Part Numbers in §(c) and §(g). As stated in the NPRM, number of engines impacted is known (265) and in the context of safety issue operators can expect to get more information about the part impacted.
Air France then requests to get Serial Numbers of the affected Main Fuel Pumps which will help to treat the issue faster and avoid disruptions on the maintenance planning.
Consequently to know which parts can be installed related to §(g)(2)(i).
