Summary: HNA Technic, an engine management center, requests that General Electric coordinate with Woodward to provide a complete and detailed list of affected MFPs for SB 73-0117. They argue that obtaining this information independently is currently too complex and difficult due to a lack of response from Woodward.
Dear FAA
The effectivity of information SB 73-0117 provided needs to contact Woodward, but we don't get the effectivity from Woodward so far, there is no any response from Woodward.
Per SB the requirement of effectivity, we need to get the effectivity of SB 73-0117 based on overhaul data, engine shop visit report, screw replacement condition, MFP repair condition, which is very complex and difficult,
It is vey difficult to get the correct affected MFP list, we think GE should coordinates with Woodward to provide a complete and detailed list including the all affected MFP in the SB 73-0117.
