Comment from Atlas Air

[Docket No. FAA-2026-4643; Project Identifier AD-2025-01612-E] Atlas Air has reviewed the NPRM and notes that all required actions are derived from the accomplishment instructions in Collins SB EEC1-73-62. Atlas requests that the FAA include PW SB 72-221 or Collins SB EEC1-73-62 in the final AD as approved methods of compliance.
