PROPIN CONFIDENTIAL FAA-2026-4641 Airworthiness Directives: Airbus SAS Airplanes I am Requesting Approval of this Final Rule, under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, on my behalf and my Oath of reference by incorporation of association and import, my Approval, Authority, voluntary Consent, for any exemption, exception, waiver, to carry out the Safety of Air Transportation Aviation for Civilian Personnel of the Federal Government of the United States. Effective i07/05/2026 for immediate effect under the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Homeland Security. I am Requesting the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to carry out the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996 to comply with small business entity requests for information or advice about compliance with statutes and regulations within its jurisdiction. Please accept my Final Decision of Rule Making Policy under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, as necessary for the Safety Requirements for the Executive Branch civilian Personnel of the Federal Government of the United States and Administrative Directive for the Request for Service.
