Airworthiness Directive - Declaration of Final Rule Enforcement
I am Requesting the Approval of the Administrative Directive for the Administrative Procedure Act as amended and Practice, for the Authority and Responsibilities of Domestic Security and Management under the Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, to carry out the Constitution of Law. Effective 07/13/2026 for immediate effect, by my Oath of Approval, Authority, voluntary Consent, to carry out the all Agency Actions and Enforcements.
Please accept my Determination of Direct Final Rule of Rule making Policy, for the Safety and Security of civilian Personnel of the Federal Government and my obligations and responsibilities of jurisdictional matters, agreements, identity validation, contracts, and projects.
