The proposal hands power to already powerful industry, protecting them from the scrutiny of media and civil society. This is unacceptable, as polluters of the environment must be held accountable, which is only possible when their wrong doing can be documented. There is no democratic reason to apply special treatment regarding the operation of drones around CAFOs and it in unpatriotic to allow industry interests to limit civil societies' rights.
