The notice does not comply with 14 CFR section 39.5. Paragraph (b) of that only allows for ADs to cover conditions that exist or develop in products of the same type design. Skydance Helicopters requests that its type certificate be removed from the AD as the S-70 and our Skydance UH-60A's are not products of the same type design.
