Comment from Tim Roth

Summary: The commenter provides a technical observation regarding the flight experience of Non-Flight Operations (NFO) and Weight and Balance Specialists (WSO) pilots, noting that their training differs from standard pilot counterparts. They suggest a shorter training tract for specific skills but do not explicitly state a position for or against the proposed rulemaking.
All of these comments forgot to mention that NFOs, WSOs, navigators and the like rarely, if ever, have direct control of the aircraft and often do not conduct the takeoff or landing phases in their multi thousands of hours of flight time. Maybe another shorter training tract to allow these skills to be honed prior to achieving ratings but their training is not a direct comparison to their pilot counterparts.
