As a holder of a current class 1 medical certificate and having gone through multiple 6 month and annual continuations I strongly recommend the FAA to grant this petition for exemption. The current system is both burdensome and contrary to safety as standards are seemingly both concrete but also highly subjective. This petition will clarify the processes and standards under which I am entitled to renew my medical certificate. Please approve and issue this exemption as quickly as possible.
