I request that the FAA approved this request for exemption. Diabetics have been safely operating aircraft for many decades now. I was diagnosed with type one diabetes in the midst of my IFR training. I went onto receive a special issuance third class and continue my training all the way through my multi engine commercial add-on all with no negative consequences to the public. As a type one diabetic pilot, I have navigated through the current special issuance process, and I ask of you to pass this exemption. Please pass this exemption in favor and expeditiously.
