Summary: The commenter suggests that the FAA should publish a specific list of acceptable mitigation measures for sUAS Certificate of Authorization (COA) requests. They argue that providing clearer guidance on standards for restricted airspace (such as Class B and C) would benefit both the sUAS community and the FAA's processing efficiency.
I understand their are mitigation standards published for 107.41 COA for sUAS. It would be very helpful to the sUAS community and the FAA in processing requests if the FAA published a list of acceptable mitigations to the standards. As of now, very few people know what is acceptable to the FAA in applying for a COA restricted airspace. Specifically, E to surface, Class B and Class C mitigation steps.
