I'm a Resident of the USA . I have the private pilot license since 2001 and I know the national airspace rules. The Radio Control model airplanes hobby is one of the most beautiful hobbies in the planet . AMA has rules to conduct the rc hobby with the highest safety levels for all members. Some people without any reason twist the manner of performance of the rc hobby. More than 500,000 residents of the USA have one or more RC's with high level of education and responsibilities, and biggest quantity of USA money on them. I recognize the big problem as irresponsibility or ignorance of people with some RC'S in hands. FPV,unnamed apparatus,unattended rc,Car,boat,airplane,balloon etc. represent danger on hands of any incompetent people in the USA. The rule to control the beautiful families with rc is a rule to destroy the hobby and people who enjoy it. FAA registers or enlists every person with rc. I recommend a restriction or imposition of the law on people who used an rc closer from an airport,base,object,people etc. Don't push a law to eliminate the hobby wih absurd rules. Fire arms are the big real problem in USA.
