PROPIN CONFIDENTAIL FAA-2013-0259-5342 AIRPORT PROPERTY: Surplus Property Release I am Requesting Approval for Written Assurances of Opportunities for Small Business Concerns, by the Federal Aviation Administration and the Secretary of the Department of Transportation to Approve my Application for an airport development project grants and availability of amount deposited into the Airport and Airway Trust Fund under the Century Aviation Reauthorization Act of 2008 with the effective date of July 1, 2008 for the Extension of Airport Improvement Program, Authorization of Appropriations and Project Grant Authority, under the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 as amended by the Airport Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1987 for a property interest in a land or water area or a building that the Secretary of Transportation uses to construct a facility for the use of such facility, on my behalf and Authorization under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, as Civilian Personnel of the Federal Government, to carry out all purposes of Surplus Property Release. Effective 06/26/2026 by my Oath of my affirmation by reference of incorporation of association and import, for Approval, Authorization and voluntary Consent, to carry out all purposes of this request for Approval to the Directors of OMB, for their Approval, Publications and Notifications of protocol for all Agency Action and Enforcement upon review. Please accept my Final Decision of Rule Making Policy under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, for Direct Final Rule under the Constitution of the United States, to Make America Great Again and Make America Safe Again!
