Opinion. On the topic of minimizing stacking pollution,
well before the U.S. EPA "serious" NAAQS deadline of December 31th 2030,
I hereby suggest all Governmental pesticide applications
should be banned on days of high PM2.5 pollution.
Likewise, what IF future PM2.5 dockets consider/mention
incinerators ( PM2.5, dioxin, PCDD/F ), cancer clusters ( the California Cancer Registry ),
IF any, as well as all C677T population(s) in nonattainment areas?
