I am interested in having a public hearing in this matter. Before a permit is given I believe the below questions should be answered.
1. What is considered Non-Hazardous waste?
2. Who monitors these wells to make sure Cathay is not putting hazardous materials and waste into them.
3. What impacts are these wells going to have on our community and drinking water.
4. What studies have been done on the two existing wells to see the effects on the environment and our drinking water
