PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE AIR NUISANCE RULE. The Air Nuisance Rule is essential protection for Ohio's communities. It allows for us - the people - to have the ability to stand up for ourselves to address pollution. Please, be a government that protects its constituents first, and not major corporations.
