Summary: A private citizen opposes the removal of the Ohio Air Nuisance Rule, arguing that it will harm public health and favor corporations over "common" people. The commenter expresses concern that the action represents a step backward toward industrial-era pollution and threatens the protections established by the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts.
I do not approve of the removal of this very important rule. It seems to me this just hurts the common peasant folk, those of us that drink regular people water and breathe regular people air. This just gives corporations and other greedy capitalists more ways to poison us, more ways to make a dishonest buck, more ways to fleece hard-working American taxpayers. We, The People, do not want to go back to the Industrial Revolution. We don't want life before the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts. We are not interested in going backwards. Removing this portion of the Ohio Air Nuisance rule puts all of us more at risk, jeopardizes our future and our health, erodes the public trust, and puts you all squarely on the WRONG side of history. I absolutely can not wait to vote all of you out. HELL NO to removing air protections, HELL NO.
