I strongly oppose removal of Ohio's air nuisance rule. Citizens must have the right to sue polluters who harm our health, diminish our quality of life, and degrade our property values. Polluters are the only parties that benefit from the removal of this rule; citizens do not benefit, they suffer. We, the people, need this rule. Do not remove this important tool for people to protect themselves.
