Dear Administrator,
I am writing on behalf of Cnano Technology USA, Inc. This substance is a multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx We submit this comment in strong support of the proposed Significant New Use Rule (SNUR) as published for Batch 25-3.5e. Background and Rationale for Expedited Publication and Modification. The original PMN was filed nearly four years ago. EPA has reached consensus on protective wording aligned with established Carbon Nanotube (CNT) consent orders and SNURs. We fully support the current proposed SNUR language and request no changes to its functional wording. This alignment with CNT precedents demonstrates that the SNUR appropriately addresses risks while enabling responsible commercialization.
