Summary: The Office of Advocacy, part of the U.S. Small Business Administration, supports the EPA's proposed delay of Tier 4 requirements for light-duty and medium-duty vehicles to model year 2029. They argue that this delay reduces regulatory costs for small businesses and urge the EPA to follow up with permanent reforms that eliminate diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) requirements.
