I oppose to the dismantling of this tool of the EEOC, that's been used for over 60 years to limit the efforts of some companies to discriminate against minorities, disabled, and elder people. If this tool is removed, it will allow for uninvestigated discrimination to go on unchecked and will be detrimental to us!! Concerningly, Sonja Stewart
