Summary: The commenter supports the documentation of workplace discrimination, arguing that it is necessary for learning from history and ensuring employee safety. They state that removing such documentation would harm employee mental health and productivity.
It's important that we have a means of learning from history. Documentation of workplace discrimination serves to help keep employees safe and we all benefit. We can actually learn from the history of what is going on rather than continuously falling forward repeating problems. Constantly facing discrimination at work taxes your mental health and your nervous system which intern makes it difficult to actually do the work that one has been hired to do. To get rid of documentation is to impede the health of employees.
