The safeguards that EEOC has been charged to do cannot under any circumstances be abandoned. It is critical to collect the data that tells the story of marginalized groups in the workplace! Our current administration is determined to dismantle all safeguards that have been put in place to protect every citizen. At some point, if this destruction of safeguards continues we will be a third world nation. It doesn’t matter to the ultra rich, it only matters to the 99% who don’t fall into that category and are being exploited by the ultra rich in every area of their lives! Please have a backbone and stand up to those who are working’s to make us all serfs!
