As an Indian-American woman working in the film/TV industry, I disagree with the EEOC's proposal to remove Reporting Requirements. A necessary component of the EEOC’s work is to require employers to submit workforce demographic reports. These reports are a vital tool that helps to keep a lid on discrimination and provides concrete data to protect diverse voices. I ask that the requirement of employer demographic data collection remains in effect and without interruption.
