Why would you remove information that can highlight equal opportunity discrepancies. I am a senior with grandchildren entering the technical market place. I see them as capable of leading groups of folks but based on the data that has been previously reported, their chances are not as great as others. This report provides some visibility of the actual situation...without it, nothing will probably change
