I recommend under no circumstance we use a third party (in this case bts) to hide the identity of polluters, in addition we need to take the shield of proprietary or confidential protections away from any and all business on public lands and waters.
Any leak, spil or emission greater than 3 gallon must be reported imediately. There must be a penalty of mandatory prison time not less than 6 months for any report that is late, inaccurate, or missing.
It's time we hold polluters resonsible while we transition and phase out the dirty and corrupt fossil fuel industry
