Tourists should not be able to pay to skip the visa interview line while treaty investors who create American jobs cannot. Faster, more predictable E-2 processing means more foreign investment and more American jobs. Treaty investors commit their capital and hire Americans before they ever reach the interview window. They deserve the same expedited option tourists now have.
