Any comments or linkage to an STRL federal register should be removed in the final publication. It is possible for the STRL to amend or rescind a federal register, which could have impacts to AcqDemo if the current wording remains. While AcqDemo can have similar authorities to an STRL there should be no direct linkage or reference to the STRL‘s in this acquisition demo federal register. It would be unjust if the STRL’s could later not make changes or rescind a federal register due to this potential linkage.
