I have been on the same dose of Adderall XR for 29 years. Never had a problem with it working consistently. Changed my life. After Covid something was changed. It felt like I was taking only half of my regular dose and the it was the XR that used to work about 6 hours a day dropped to 3 hours.
This has seriously caused issues for me and have had to adjust my life just to deal. I can no longer function like I used to be able to. Feel tired and lethargic, brain fog and feel irritable and depressed and anxious. My life looks nothing like it used to. Please do something to fix this problem. I am so miserable every day. Thank you.
