The adderall medications are not working any more I have taken the for 30 years and was fine until after 2020 everytime I take one I fall asleep. We need our meds back my life is falling apart and I am about to loose my job. My house is a message and I can't even get out of bed. Please help us the efficiency of the meds are totally off maybe even fake.
