Summary: The commenter opposes the proposed fee structures, arguing that they create a barrier to entry for creators and artists. They express concern that higher costs will make it harder for individuals to protect their intellectual property from theft, particularly by AI.
Why would this organization make it more difficult for creators and artists to try to protect themselves from "bad actors"? Especially with serious concerns around companies "stealing" creative IP by way of AI, not to leave out the state of our economy within the USA. Do not raise the prices to file for copyrighting creative works—in fact, ponder lowering this "barrier to entry."
