MSSP beneficiary alignment - ACO (MSSP) need to have similar access to get beneficiaries aligned like ACO reach and now LEAD model other than voluntary alignment. MSSP/ACO should be able to have an option to align beneficiaries by paper-based signature option.
It's very difficult and not so easy for beneficiaries to navigate through voluntary alignment steps.
