Comment on CMS-2026-2377-0002

I am a CCM nurse who talks to many patients every day. These patients depend on us everyday to monitor them and help them with the ailments they them selves are unable to. Many times I have been thanked for our companies promptness and ability to keep them out of the ER/urgent care by simply listening to their needs and making the proper education and provider notifications.
