As a nurse, I find it insulting that AI would get their own billing codes before nursing would. Nurses are always the largest healthcare cost in hospitals and when costs have to be cut, nursing is usually the first line to go. Hospital corporations will always choose profits over patients and backing AI billing codes will only worsen patient outcomes and leave more nurses without jobs. The future of our healthcare is at stake and I strongly urge you to oppose authorizing billing codes for AI.
