Summary: The commenter opposes the proposed Medicare payment cuts, arguing that they will reduce access to healthcare providers, increase physician burnout, and further strain the healthcare system. They urge CMS to find alternative ways to save money rather than reducing physician reimbursements.
These proposed medicare cuts continue to gut our healthcare system. Continue physician reimbursement will lead to less access to providers. Further cuts will require providers to increase their patient loads and lead to more physician burn out. Our healthcare system is crumbling around the edges and decreasing reimbursement further deepens the cracks already present. I would hope the CMS would look to other places to save money rather than constantly shaving small percentages from the little man. Its like jumping over dollars to pick up pennies.
