Summary: The commenter opposes the proposed payment policy changes, arguing that the cuts will reduce access to quality care and harm patients. They specifically criticize the role of private equity-owned entities and express concern over the quality of care provided by non-physician practitioners.
Access to decent care has been steadily getting worse and patients will only be harmed by these cuts. PE owned behemoths do not provide good, cost effective care. If you have a rash , they won’t see you because it’s not profitable. If you want to see an actual dermatologist, you will not, in most cases. I see misdiagnosis and scarring from unnecessary biopsies done by non physician practitioners with minimal medical training, let alone dermatology training. If you wouldn’t send your loved one , why inflict bad care and now NO CARE on them ?
