Ugandan LPRs should not be included in this BAN. There is no Ebola in Uganda or Sudan. I traveled to Uganda form May 8-28th. I returned home and was forced to Dulles Airport instead of my home in Phoenix. I answered questions, and agreed to be monitored. I was then stranded in Washington DC, with no way to return home to Phoenix. At my own expense, I was forced to pay for hotel, car, and air back to Phoenix, the next day as there were no more outbound flights on my evening of arrival. I made it home 1-day behind schedule. My husband and Uganda native with a US greencard, was denied boarding. He then went to Nairobi to complete quarantine for 21 days. Since completing the quarantine he is still being denied boarding to all US flights. First in Doha Qatar, and second in Paris, France with AirFrance. After two months abroad, he is now stranded in Paris, with no food, accommodation. If we are presumed infectious, how is it improving the health of others, by rerouting flights and dumping people thousands of miles away from their homes? This BAN is discriminatory, and is separating families based on ones place of birth. Please make this end, now!
