If the CDC thinks that Docket No. CDC-2026-0859 should be used I don't think they should be able to get HIPAA protected information that they collect. They collect that data to know where needs more help, or more advancement with outreach. Not to corral and round up the addicts on the street. They just want control of everything. DONT GIVE IN! I SAY NO to this.
