Summary: Earthjustice and five other organizations submitted a technical report containing numerical simulations of the Macondo well blowout to provide estimates on oil and gas flow rates. The submission includes scientific modeling of reservoir permeability, fluid properties, and flow pathways to assist in understanding the environmental consequences of the spill.
On behalf of Earthjustice and five other organizations, we submit the attached exhibits on BP Exploration & Production Inc.’s Initial Development Operations Coordination Document, Tiber Project, Keathley Canyon Blocks 56, 57, 58, 100, 101, 102 (Docket No. BOEM-2026-0628).
