This administration in the history of any Republican President and cabinet secretaries for Interior, Agriculture and EPA have done the most damage, egregious policies and rulemaking to enact capricious and one-sided in favor of corporations and greed. Everything done to date and attempts will and have damaged our public lands, forests, oceans, water and air and all the species that depend on untrampled habitat to survive. President Trump has NEVER visited a National Park, a National Monument, preserved a landscape under the Antiquities Act like previous presidents have done. He simply does NOT CARE for our wilderness areas or care that the over 90% of the public is in favor of protecting these places. In the West, there is no choice but to protect them and the species if we want to pass on to future generations landscapes that are untrampled and for them to enjoy what is left. Or this administration can continue to ignore the will of the voters, hunters, anglers, conservationists and people like me who value what is left to see and for mental well-being. It's people like me who wants these wildernesses areas protected. By law, Congress has afforded these places to be protected and view them as too sacred for any type of development by corporations for greed. NO Mining! NO Fracking! NO Coal development! NO Oil and Gas development. Just yesterday, the president used an E.O to pull 90% of National Monument designation of 2 special areas - the Grand Staircase Escalante and Bears Ears without any discussion by the people of Utah, Tribal members and the communities that support tourism in those areas. Those lands were protected legally by previous presidents using the Antiquities Act. Trumps use of executive order is UNLAWFUL! It will be challenged in courts, AGAIN to restore what has been legally done. He has no legal authority to undue these two National Monuments what is legally protected, only as a giveaway to special interest groups like mineral and cattle/sheep developers. THAT is not what the public wants, despite the Utah representative and two senators. This will wreak havoc on two beautiful areas and bring economic tourism dollars to a stand still. If the administration continues on this path of DESTRUCTION, destroying what is left, then be prepared to fight these unlawful acts in court. The public does not stand with any of attempts to destroy our public lands, forests, oceans, endangered species at any level, at any time. Enough is Enough!
