Comment on FR Doc # 2026-12738

I'm opposed to the changes proposed especially lowering the bond requirement to $25,000 from $500,000. The taxpayer is already on the hook for cleaning up thousands of oil wells that companies walked away from with no consequences. Do not implement!!
